Saturday, April 25th, 10-11:30 a.m. via Zoom – Hosted by Della Terra Yoga, Sycamore

This is a totally free and fun event! Learn how to grow your own medicinal garden from seeds from the comfort of your living room! The old-fashioned kitchen garden was for more than just culinary use, but for family medicine as well. In this interactive workshop you will learn the medicinal use and folklore associated with common garden plants and how to create your own Medicine Garden. All participants will receive seeds and inspiration to get started on their gardens. There will also be time for Q & A!

New Moon Herbal Beauty Workshop & Yoga @ Soma Yoga Studio, Batavia

Create your very own custom bath sachet unique to your preferences and skin type, using petals, salts, sugars and more!  Learn the lore of the New Moon and how to set your own special intentions. Explore healing movement through yoga and guided meditation. Participants will be able to sample nourishing teas and chocolates. This is going to be a very unique, fun, and nurturing workshop. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to take some time for true self-care, love, and empowerment!

Cost $30 includes all supplies and activities.

Sunday, June 28th from 12-3pm at the LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve in St. Charles.

Held in conjunction with National Pollinator Week 2020, to help raise awareness of native plants and pollinators. Educational exhibits, food trucks, art and craft vendors, insect and other pollinator exploration activities, crafts, games, and live music!
