Workshop for women – Learn to cultivate pleasure and joy in all aspects of your life. In a safe, supportive, and fun environment, explore how our limiting beliefs influence all aspects of our lives – including balancing self-care with care giving. We will also learn about different herbs and plants to support the sensual health of women in all stages of life.
So grab a cup of tea or your beverage of choice and settle in! This is going to be a very unique, fun, and nurturing workshop. Take time for true self-care, love, and empowerment!

This is a totally free and fun event! Learn how to grow your own medicinal garden from seeds from the comfort of your living room! The old-fashioned kitchen garden was for more than just culinary use, but for family medicine as well. In this interactive workshop you will learn the medicinal use and folklore associated with common garden plants and how to create your own Medicine Garden.
