The 2020 Healthy Eating Jumpstart Course isn’t about starving your body, fasting, juicing, eating strange food combinations, or taking lots of supplements. This course is here to teach you the fundamentals of healthy eating and making better lifestyle choices.
By the end of your Course, you will have learned the fundamentals of healthy eating so you will become empowered to make better choices. Not only will you understand what you need to do going forward, by the Why. What we put into our body is either helping us or hurting us. Often we group foods into “good” and “bad.” But rarely have we learned the science behind why particular foods make us feel a certain way. In this Course, you will begin to understand the Why.
I created this Course for several reasons:
Life gets in the way of a healthy lifestyle – especially during the holidays. It can be tough to go at any change alone. This program is designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process of shifting your eating and other lifestyle habits in order to build a lifelong focus on healthy eating and truly feeding your body. At our kick off meeting, we will go through the materials, address any questions you may have, make plans, set goals, and become inspired!
Our additional “check-ins” throughout the course will help keep you accountable, overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and support you during the course. Email and phone support is also available to you during the course – so help is never far away!
Our final session will be devoted to finding the best strategies and resources for you to create healthy long-term changes. We will also set long and short-term goals so you have a solid plan going forward.
